Communication

WP2 manages both internal communication within the consortium, and external communication beyond the consortium members. It ensures effective dissemination of project outcomes to all stakeholders — including the general public, policymakers, clinicians, and researchers — and fosters visibility and outreach through tailored messaging and a strong brand identity. WP2 is also leading JA PCM stakeholder engagement, fostering synergies with EU initiatives and engaging with national and European policymakers to increase the impact of JA PCM.
