WP1 ensures the effective coordination of the JA PCM, including scientific, administrative and financial management. It manages relations with the European Commission and oversees the implementation of all activities, including pilot interventions and reporting obligations. WP1 also supports alignment with parallel EU initiatives and ensures that the Joint Action progresses according to plan.

Task 1.2: Task 1.2 - Knowledge Management
● Communicate with Arm/WP leads and partners via e-mail, phone, conferences, and meetings. Monitor JA progress with WP3 and WP4. Assist WP2 with website and newsletter updates. Manage a shared repository for deliverables and documents.

Task 1.3: Task 1.3 - Technical and Financial Reporting
● Manage the submission of interim and final technical and financial Reports as well as the continuous reporting requirement on the EU Portal.

Task 1.4: Task 1.4: Establishment of roadmap 'PCM in Europe', aligning with parallel activities
● Establish a communication network for MS and relevant European projects to discuss JA progress and 'PCM in Europe' roadmap. Organize annual virtual Governmental Board meetings. Develop the roadmap 'PCM in Europe' describing which elements from parallel activities can support the JA PCM.

Task 1.5: Task 1.5 - Ensure the funding and operationalisation of the interventions through a Coordination Fund
Establish a Coordination fund to finance proposed pilots of WP5-10.
